Booking and pricing policies

Everything here is written out so there are no surprises. Any change in scope or price is always discussed and approved before additional work is performed.

Travel

  • Travel within 30 miles of Joplin, Missouri, is included with onsite services.
  • Locations beyond the included radius are charged $2 per additional one-way mile.
  • Extended-distance, overnight, or unusual travel is quoted individually before booking.
  • Distance is calculated from Joplin, Missouri.

Booking and scheduling

  • Rebecca reviews every request personally and confirms the appointment time and final price with you before the visit.
  • Plans change. Reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.
  • Genuine emergencies may be handled at my discretion.
  • If I have already traveled to an inaccessible or unready site, the applicable site-not-ready fee applies.

Expanded scope

  • Base pricing covers the defined service scope selected at booking. Connected areas affected by the same concern are evaluated together.
  • Separate unrelated concerns, detached structures, or additional remediation areas may require an additional fee.
  • Any price adjustment must be discussed and approved before additional work is performed.

Post-Inspection specifics

  • Additional separate remediated area: $125.
  • Return Post-Inspection after corrections: $225.
  • Site-not-ready fee: $175, applied when a meaningful evaluation cannot be performed because the work is still underway, the area is inaccessible, or the site was not presented as ready. It is not added to the Post-Inspection fee for the same visit.
  • Post-Inspection fees compensate Quality Indoor Solutions for the independent evaluation performed and do not guarantee a favorable outcome.

Reports and photographs

  • Pre-Inspection includes a comprehensive written report.
  • Targeted Inspection includes a written findings summary.
  • Post-Inspection includes a standard written outcome.
  • Specialty Testing includes laboratory or onsite screening results and an explanation of results.
  • Relevant supporting photographs are included with written findings and reports.
  • Expanded Targeted and Post-Inspection reports start at $175.
  • Supplemental Photo Documentation Set: $45, an organized selection of additional usable inspection photographs beyond those needed for the report.

Report timing

  • Estimated report and results timelines are provided at booking. Services involving laboratory analysis may require additional processing time.
  • Rush laboratory charges, laboratory confirmation, unusually complex scopes, and other nonstandard requests are quoted separately before approval.

Testing add-ons during an inspection
