Rebecca Spear

Quality Indoor Solutions was founded on one simple belief: the air you breathe should never compromise your health.

This work started with my own family. We were dealing with an indoor environment that didn't feel right, and I learned how hard it is to get a straight answer when the person inspecting also sells the cleanup. That experience changed how I look at buildings, and how I believe people deserve to be treated when they know something is wrong but not yet why.

As an Indoor Environmental Professional, I evaluate indoor air quality concerns, moisture issues, and the conditions that may affect the health and comfort of the people inside a home or workplace.

With experience from hundreds of inspections across residential homes, churches, schools and commercial buildings, I bring a well-rounded and practical understanding of how indoor environments function, and where problems can arise.

I take a thoughtful, non-invasive approach, focused on education, clarity, and practical guidance, so you can make informed decisions about your home or workplace with confidence.

Lighting the Unseen™

My inspection method combines visual observations with moisture measurements, thermal imaging, UV-assisted observations and other investigative methods. UV is a supporting tool that helps reveal what standard lighting hides, and it is never used as a standalone determination. Sampling is considered when it may provide useful information.
